After spending what seem like hours on your hideous answering system, for a service outage, it seems to me that your **bleep** executives seem to think they are doing their customers a favor just by offering a phone service. For you to expect me to be able to take and unknown amount of time from my job, to sit and wait on a service tech, that might or might not show up or reschedule to repair my line, is beyond belief. The last time this happen I was without a phone and internet for nearly 10 days!!! I find myself without phone service, again. You are the most inconciderate organization that I have ever dealt with. THINK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
