The box for the fios is beeping the battery is low can I get one sent to me?

I am sorry to hear about the troubles you are having with the equipment. This beeping you are hearing is sometimes caused by a false alarm. To reset the system, unplug the power cord to the battery back up system. Then open the battery door and disconnect the battery. All the lights will turn off and the whole FIOS will go out. Leave off for 3 minutes. Plug everything back in. If it is still beeping saying to replace the battery, then the battery does indeed need to be replaced. You can go to any battery store to get a replacement or to have a battery shipped to you through the vendor that Verizon use, please call 877-503-3537.
