being charged for non-working phone line

My land line has not worked since a Verizon technician tried to fix our (now discontinued) DSL in late July. We don't use it much, and since I canceled my DSL service with Verizon, I didn't pay any attention to the land line phone bill since it was un-usable.

I finally checked online and Verizon is still billing me for a non-working phone line.

I need this fixed ASAP, before canceling my Verizon service.

From July 19 to when DSL was canceled in late July or early August, I had 3 days of working DSL. Phone line dead since early August.

Hi Jentink, since you are having an issue with your Verizon service, you can use the Verizon Troubleshooter to fix and report issues with your Verizon Phone, FiOS TV, or Internet Service. You can also schedule a repair. Here is the link: http://www.verizon.com/repair

You can also find tools on the Verizon Residential Support page that may help you diagnose your issue: http://www22.verizon.com/residentialhelp
