call block for robo calls

I have been harassed by phone calls (at least 50) the past two months. I can't get anywhere with the phone number I called from the Verizon website.   I am not eligible for Fios and I think I can't use the Fios app. 

I would like to block the following number {edited for privacy}.  The calls come one after the other and use most if not all my recording space on my answer machine.  

I'm disappinted with the difficulty I am having getting this number blocked.  It is not my fault that I don't have Fios.  I have been asking for it in my home ever since it was introduced and have not been successful with getting it installed. I can be reached on my cell phone (Verizon service. {edited for privacy}.) Very disappointed!!!
