I have call block on my phone. I blocked a number yesterday and they still was able to call me, WHY?

The number you were requesting to block, was it a business, residence, cell phone??

The call block service cannot guarantee a block on businesses or cell phones, that's why we ask for clarification?

I have blocked anonymous/private callers. I received two calls about a day apart. The CID was unavaiable/unknown number. Why wasn't this number blocked?

REgrettably this is not how this option works.  I.e it works if they have proper callerid and choice to block it.  This is not what any of the spammers are doing.
