If you have Verizon's fios digital voice then login at www.verizon.com/fiosvoice or if you have regular phone service our regular fios phone then, try to login at www.verizon.com/callassistant. You might have to sign up for it (free) if you haven't already signed it

When I get calls like that on my Verizon I can find out who called me by going to this Caller ID Online website. I just enter the phone number (that appeared with the call) and it gives me the name of who owns that number. Even if a phone number didn't appear they still have a way to find out who it was that called me (at that same website). Hope this helped.  --beth
