I manage condominium buildings that have multiple lines and accounts. One community has at least 14 lines and 9 accounts. The problem is some are "enterprise" some are "commercial" and some are "residential" or something along those lines.
When I try to manage these accounts (and pay them) I need to deal with what seems like 3 totally different companies- that do not communicate with each other or even have access to see the other accounts. As a result the fire alarm panel has lost service due to non-payment (and it took 4 days to get it turned back on)....
Short of porting these numbers over to comcast is there any way to have these accounts consolidated?
