cost of monthly bill BOTH when I am here and out of country

1. Has to basic bill gone up to $23+/mo?  I do not use ur service for ANY long distance and have noticed it is no longer $17/mo.

2. I am out of the country from Dec thru and asked for a reduced rate for that period last yr and I did not see that I got it.  What do I do to have my phone "suspended" or whatever to get the reduced rate?
