dont communicate very well

I am not very happy with you  guys for one thing you guys do nothing when there is errors on the bill and when I wrote you guys to try to get this fixed you ignored my letter. Maybe reporting you to the better busines bureaus will get you to fix what you messed up. Then send me a disconnection notice when im only one payment behind like what is your dam issue. Im disabled I cant pay high phone bills why cant you guys understand that
