getting in touch with verizon after 3 weeks.

i am soooo frustrated. i cant get live chat, i cant get a phone call to these people and i havent had service for 3 weeks.  is there any way to get a live person on an actual phone line or this live chat?

Sorry for your frustration.

The easiest-to-remember way to contact our Customer Service is the 1-800-VERIZON number.

Otherwise, you can check your bill for a support number.
