home phone to/from cell phone

Verizon Freedom Unlimited Calling, does it cost if I make/receive a call to/from cell phone in US?  In other words, are cell phones included in long distance call?

if you make calls no charge

if you recieve calls no charge

with the freedom essentials you dont pay extra for calls inside of the U.S.

That is absolutely correct.  Celular or Landline does not make a difference.
