i need to unlock my moto x 2014 xt1096

i need some help from verizon i bought my moto x xt1096 in bolivia but i live in argentina so when i came to argentina and tried to use another wireless company i couldn't so i took my phone and went to a motorola service to get it unblock but the cant because the xt1096 never came to argentina there is onle xt1097 to up so i talked with motorola support to help get it unlock they would give me the codes to get it unlocked but the send me to ask for your help im sorry if it is hard to understand me since i am from bolivia i don't usually speak english so any help ? someone

oh also in verizon pages support the ask me for a phone number but i haven't it so by that way i cant get any help
