pass two days got call from verizon 1-888-483-4083 caller ID unknown from a Debbie about international calls on my line. Called number back but told to leave message than recording says sorry mail box is full callagain. Is this a scam?
Report the call to Verizon by dialing 1-800-VERIZON and also verify the claim that International calls were dialed from your line. Realistically, if you did not have International or Long Distance service, your call would never connect. If you did have such service, Verizon would just send the bill your way and not care; you should never receive a cold call from them. The same goes with Premium calls and Collect calls that you actually dial/receive (unless you have these blocked on the account end).
