our land line phone has had dial tone problems for weeks, calls get dropped.  Verizon robots say its a problem with some major cable in our area. i am switching to cablevision.  for $42 a month, verizon can take a flying leap...trying to call their repair line is a joke. They do not know what they are doing, I'm afraid.  This is goodbye
