I hate the voice mail service provided by verizon. Their support service is useless as they ask me who changed it when it was verizon that changed it. Even though I've dealt with this for a few months, I still hate it. The older voice mail was so much easier to use and more user friendly. I don't get why a customer should need to press "1" TWICE in order to get to the voice message. It's like there are two levels of recorded prompts to get through, each asking you to press "1". Then you have to listen to a recorded voice verbally state the phone number that called. WHY must I listen to a recorded voice saying the phone number of scamers and telemarketers. I could care less what their phone number is, which is usually fake anyway. So how does everyone else deal with this voice mail system and is there any way around it? Again, verizon is of NO help what so ever.

I hate it as well. I get a lot of spam calls and having to listen to the phone number and the call length is incredibly annoying.
