How come, each time I try to send a request to Verizon about how to access the outgoing phone numbers records for my landline, the email page flips me to "Support - High Speed Internet" Hi! We're Here to Help!" Help would be sending the email about my request. My internet access is fine. What I need is access to the outgoing numbers from my landline between the dates 7/8/13 to 11/3/13. And I know it can be done because my sister already got the same info for her cell phone.
But Verizon's Support page won't let me email them with the question of how to obtain this info for my landline. What gives?
