no dial tone, downed telephone pole NO VERIZON help

telephone pole fell down on woodhill road near shannon rd in bucks county yesterday. NO ONE is out there fixing it.  I tried calling and calling verizon.  I am routed and rerouted. Still waiting to speak to the correct person. Everyone I speak to tells me hold on "you have the wrong department I will transfer you"  Does any one have a way to get through to repair department.  I have fios for internet, but copper line for phone  to prevent "no dial tone" in case power should go out, which it does frequently where I live.
