I'm wondering how Verizon expects me to call custome service when my land line's not working. What am I missing?

You don’t have a cell phone? 

You can also borrow one from a friend. 

You can go into a Verizon store and they can call customer service.

they also have a chat function. Social media on twitter, Facebook and even at DSL Reports.
