I am trying to access calls from a year ago.  Can any opne tell me how.  I was told by verizion i can view them on their web site but i can not figure out how.  I can see my last 20 calls but i want to go back a year and i am looking for only a 718 exchange.

I am not sure where you were going to look to find the last 20 calls. You can view your entire call log at www.verizon.com/fiosvoice . Login with your Verizon credentials and click CALLS AND MESSAGES on the left hand side. This shows 10 calls at a time. Keep clicking the next page button to go back as far as you want. Everything should be here unless someone has gone in and deleted them. I have tested on my person account and I see all calls going back to feb 2010 when I signed up for telephone service.
