phone jack splitter

my phone jack splitter that allows me to have my dsl and phone at the same time just broke and the wires have come a  loose.  I called Verizon to have them send someone out to replace it since they installed it.  The phone rep sent me back to the 800 number to reach the business ofc and now I'm on hold about 30 minutes.  How do I get my splitter replaced?

You may want to go to RadioShack or other electronics store to buy a new DSL filter if you do NOT want to wait.
