phone logs of calls for Feb to March

I need to get all my incoming and outgoing calls for the month of Feb through March 15. I can access back about a month and not before. Customer Service told me I need a subpoena (frankly, to access calls I made and ones made to me???). How is it that I can access those for the last month and Customer Service is telling me I can't get them.

Meanwhile, Verizon Wireless Customer Service told me I could ask for them and get them. It makes no sense that you can get all your calls on the wireless account but not for the landline. The Fios Customer Service person even said that she didn't know about the wireless call logs. Oh really? If you ever in your entire life ever got a paper bill from a wireless company, all the calls are shown! That same lady told me Fios does not have a legal department and that she was the highest ranking employee on hand. I have paid this company thousands, can't they give me these calls logs?

See my other reply on the other thread.

here is their general counsel from off their web site

For years I've tried to get information from Verizon to identify local toll calls I'm charged for without any identifying information (phone number called, date/time call was placed, etc). They tell me there is absolutely no way that information can be found - even though somehow they're able to identify it to the point that they can bill me for it. At least they admitted to you that they can get it - if you have a subpoena! Ridiculous.

Well, it seems that Verizon's legal department believes that to obtain the logs of more than 100 incoming/outgoing calls you can see on your landline log on the site, you need a subpoena.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Why? Because if you can see ALL your calls for Verizon Wireless listed by month, why would landline calls be regulated by a different law? I understand that Verizon FIOS doesn't want to keep all calls forever. That might be too heavy for their databases.

However, they should allow a person to get those logs and maybe charge a fee, if the person wants to access them. After all, these calls were made to me and by me. Had I downloaded the call history myself, I would have them. In other words, these calls did show up in their records but they then remove them from accessible records. So, some info that involves me is legal for 100 calls (going back two months) but not legal for, say, three or four? I don't buy it.

This is really outrageous and Verizon FIOS should be ashamed of themselves.

Those email links provided above to my original question do not work.

Those links you  provided do not work. I went to them, filled in the  info and pressed send and got an internal error message for Verizon FIOS.

What a joke.
