You can pull the power to the ONT and the battery if you have one. Wait 10 seconds and put them back in. Wait 5 minutes for the ONT to reboot and try the caller ID again.

HAve you tried going into the Menu on your TV:

Menu ==>Customer Support===>Phone

meau-----setting------notification----callID----alert display,   that is not easy,     you better call c/s,   follow him the direction and he will reboot the   call ID,   over the phone,   but you use the cell phone to call c/s,    do not use landline phone. good luck.
