porting landline to existing triple play FIOS bundle

Looking for some help for the best way to do this.

I am currently on a FIOS Triple Play bundle. I have a legacy landline that I would like to port (keeping the telephone number) to FIOS and eventually making the primary number for the bundle (dropping my current FIOS line). Is this something that has to be one in steps? Will I be able to use the new line as the primary in the bundle? Has anyone done this?
