"Reward Redemption" scam calling me at 11pm and later!

I am so mad.  I use NOMOROBO but this one keeps calling me.  

They call after 10 pm, tonight they called me at 11:54 PM   I'm so mad!

They are almost always from 202-7xx-xxxx

I have no way of blocking them.  What can I do?  

They wake me up and my kids up, and even the dog.

I report them all the time, but nothing stops them.

My last service required people NOT in my address book to press "1" to get through to me.  

I'd like to request Verizon adopt something like this.

set up DO NOT DISTRUB list,   active at night time, deactive at day time, or active 24 hours,  you will sleep well.

That's not possible.  I manage a large international team, and I am on call 24/7.  I have to be available for any emergencies.  I could end up blocking important calls.

I need a way to verify its a person callling me.  Nomorobo hasn't worked for this "Reward Redemption" company.

11:54 is way too late to call.

You can add reports to nomorobo of new phone scammers.

Nomorobo responded to me. Scammers found a way around nomorobo and were exploiting it. Basically they were spoofing your own phone number and getting through that way. That hole is fixed, phone is all quiet...... Too quiet. 🙂
