After years with Verizon, my 20 dollars discount was removed. I spend an hour with an online rep.,and she was not able to resolve the issue. Today, I cancelled my landline. Now researching internet prices, but will be cancelling internet too. For a 25 mbps, I will be paying a hefty price.
Verizon does not value loyalty but competitors do.
