Correct answers are available for this post.

1. incoming calls are not going directly into voice mail. they are being routed to the access number so callers need to reenter my phone number.

2. There is no stutter dial when a message is left.

3. When I dial the access number I am required to reenter my phone number.

Anyone having this experience? Any idea how to fix it?
