I have had the worst phone service in my recent history. I tried to disconnect my service with Verizon. Instead of a clean break. They removed my international career, without me knowing. Then charged me SIX Dollars+ per minute for internatioal call total $479 Meanwhile I detected no change and they disconnected my incoming call service. So my actual internatioal company, couldn't reach me to tell me that I am no longer with them.

Verizon refused to give me back my service and when I was frustrated I asked for a new phone number. Then they gave me a bundle, but didnt' tell me that if I dont' choose Verizon as my international call company, then I can't have ANY internatioal career for a year, or they charge me $165

Kept me on hold for THREE HOURS to talk to a supervisor.

The worst phone company, outdated network, unfriendly and unwilling customer service,
