how do you turn off voiemail?

I'm asking here because I can't reach anyone at Verizon - no people there

frustrated9, you have to contact the orders department so they can place an order to remove it. They can be reached at 1-800-VERIZON or (1-800-837-4966) between the hours of 8am-9pm.

oh yes, isnt that great - just call in - AND WAIT the REQUISITE 20 MINUTES TO GET A HUMAN.

If my company provided customer service this poorly - we'd get put out of business.

It doesnt seem to matter what time of day you call either.
