I have not been able to setup my voicemail since i got everything installed on april 18th. its my landline and is Not fios. heres what happens: i enter my mailbox number, then hit * then it asks me to enter my mailbox number (again) so i do, then it says inter passcode so i enter the last 4 digits of my phone number and it says that it is a unvaliad passcode. i have done this TONS of times and it always says the same thing. i went in and Reset my passcode, and it comes up instead of the last 4 numbers of my phone number it comes up the whole phone number, minus the area code, so i type that in and it says the Same thing, 'invalid passcode', enter your passcode, so What am i suppose to do because i cant get any farthar on setting this up. It Wont reconize my passcode!!! I am sooo frustrated!! anyone got any ideas, help PLEASE!!!

You may have to call 1-800-verizon and ask them to reset your passcode.
