Hi, my home phone was ported to verizon without my permission. Additionally, Verizon has not set up my home phone with them yet so all incoming calls are getting lost. I have been on the phone with them for close to 10 hours and I get assurances which do not pan out. When my home number is called you receive an error message. At the very least I want calls to go to a vm or forwarded to my cell number until my original phone carrier ports my number back, but this also wasn't done. Any suggestions for this crazy situation? Thanks
