this has probably been going on for at least three weeks and the only reason i found out was bc someone told me 2 weeks ago that they called and it just rang and rang, no vm pocked up.. I can call in and get msgs but there are none, I called but the technician said he was unable to help me. Thank you!
To have one of the reps tell you that they can't help you or are unable to and leave it at that is unacceptable, voice mail is a separate service and not just a feature of your voice service, meaning you are being billed for it. Do you recall making any changes to your account recently or did you activate any features lately? I would most definetly call verizon back and have them check if your voice mail serive is in the switch. Most of the time the certain voice mail settings(some) that are allowed to be updated by you will be done through a feature activation
