voice mail

i dial my voicemail access number, it then asks me toput in my mailbox number. When I do so it says that is not a valid number! How do I get y mailbox number to be valid?

Sorry for the troubles with your voicemail. Are you making sure to put in your telephone number with the area code at the prompts? It could also be the wrong voicemail access number you are using. Please reply back if further help is needed.
