I have been without voice mail for a week...the phone just rings and when I dial in to check voice mail the system doesn't recognize me anymore. I went through the whole phone process and at the end they disconnected me. I submitted a service ticket but there doesn't seem to be a record of it. How in the heck do you get a live person to help resolve this issue?
