have had the same phone # for many many years. Fios for many years. voice mail was always press the mail icon on my phone, press the 4 digit ID code then # and away we go.
tried to access it yesterday and i have to enter my 10 digit home phone only to get a 'sorry that is not a valid number" message.
website says i have to now dial a separate 10 digit # then my access code then #.
why must it be so darn difficult? why weren't we notified of the change? WHY DID YOU CHANGE?

It took a while but I got mine working again.. In the process I inadvertently changed the language in voice mail to Spanish. Can figure out how to get it back to English.. I don't read Spanish. No where on this friggen site can I get the info to change it.
