Recently received a message to voicemail; checked it via the website and, as it was irrelevant, deleted the message without listening. HOWEVER, our phone continues to display "new voice mail", and the dialtone indicates waiting messages. And yet checking via either *86 or the website shows NO further voicemail messages. This is very annoying. How do I reset the notification?
We have Verizon FIOS triple play, and the land line is attached to a Panasonic wireless, DECT 6.0, with answering machine (thus voicemails only occur when we are on another call).
Any information would be appreciated.
