As a customer, It is our right to be informed in advance of any rate changes in our bill, unfortunately, we were never informed about increase of rates in our bill until we had to call and inquire about it. It is a customer right that was violated. Had I known about the increase in rate for my unlimited world plan calling, I could have cancelled the service right away, instead of me being charged of the increased bill. I am a very unhappy customer about this. This should be addressed because it is a customer right's violation. And there has been a lot of inconsistensies in the charges of calling rates in my bill... very unhappy about it.
