So I ordered an iPad and I received it and It was the incorrect iPad so I tried to contact Verizon to get a replacement but all I got was robots and people re-directing me to different areas so I just decided to return it and get a refund For the money I put down for the first monthly payment. So I’ve shipped it already, but I’m not seeing It’s having being shipped on the Verizon app. There could be a delay, but I’m not trying to have the Verizon app not say that I shipped it and it goes past the month mark and me not get my refund. I’ve spoken to robots only and have gotten the runaround for days and days and I just wanna talk to a live agent who can actually help me with the situation. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and this is absolutely unacceptable. I recently had an issue with a phone that was I turning in to use towards payments for new phone and a Verizon employee didn’t mail it in like they were supposed, even though they said they would. I need assistance on this ASAP. If Verizon could help me with this issue, I’d really appreciate it. If it’s a delay and it’ll show up in a few days that it’s been received that’s fine, but I don’t really see that happening because I’ve been able to get a hold of nobody and I’ve heard a lot of other people having similar experiences. Anyway, if any Actual Verizon employees see this please reach out to me and help me get this sorted out and I can leave my information as well. Thanks.
