I was actually a little excited to get the new guide. The old one was so drab and slow. BUT this new one is garbage!!!!
The new guide is terrible. It's too slow to use, WAY WAY WAY TOO SLOW!!!And the mini-guide that displays when changing chennels is WAY to big and still just as useless.
Favorite channels sometimes work, sometme don't.
Caller ID on the TV screen displays 30 to 40 seconds AFTER the call has been picked up.
VOD is impossible.
I used to love FiOS but it's becoming more and more unbearable. It truely is time to switch back to cable (at this point their TV service is much better) and with MSG Varsity and News12 it's a no brainer now. Or maybe satellite.

I'd like to have MSG Varsity.MatrixMan wrote:

You don't say what series of STB that you have, so if you have a 6xxx box then you will have problems with the IMG 1.9. Try to swap out the box for a 7xxx series box. I think you will find your viewing experience is much improved. If there is a local store conveniently located near you, then that is the least frustrating way to upgrade. Good luck.
