look at all the complaints about the new guide

anybody at verizon reading this.   how many more have to complain before you admit your mistake.   since my guide is unusable i am not receiving the service verizon and i agreed to 3 years ago.  who do i talk to about a credit to my account?

Yeah...what the heck is going on.  Even the DVR erased all the scheduled recordings.  You can't even re-schedule because the freaking User Guide is not functioning.  If you go online to schedule the recordingsyou get an error message "Set Top Box is not responding".  I can't even schedule repair home repair thru E-mail.  How am I suppose to contact these people.  I don't have time to talk all day long to a live chat or phone support.  Some people work!

 Fix it or give my money back.
