when I signed up for travel pass it sates "TravelPass uses your current domestic plan allowances before your international plan selection." Does that mean my plan works as normal unless I go over my "current domestic plan allowances" or does it mean I am charged 10.00 per day while I am overseas? Also, just to confirm, as long as I am on airplane mode there will be no charges incurred, correct?

I can definitely answer all those questions for you. TravelPass uses your domestic plan allowance for $10.00 per day while abroad in a qualifying TravelPass country. In other words, you will not be able to use from your domestic allowance as if you were in the U.S if TravelPass is not added. As long as your phone is in airplane mode, you will not incur any international charges. While in airplane mode, you can still connect to WIFI when available.
