BYOD eGift Cards Never Received

I ported in two numbers on October 13th, 2022. These new lines met all the eligibility for BYOD eGift Cards (eligible Unlimited plans, non-Verizon devices, etc). After waiting two months, I called in and talked to someone who assured me I would be receiving the 'gift' cards within a week or two. It's now 6 weeks after that, and I still have not received them nor any communication from Verizon about them.

Would someone be able to look into this and see what the status of this is?

Kristenmorrison, most rebate promotions have to be redeemed within 30-60 days from the date of purchase. To clarify, what date did you port in?

I need the promo code to give to the support on the phone since they originally put the wrong promotion connected with my number when I signed up . And the date was 12-29-23

I also ported over a line in November 2022 and another in December 2022 and was told I would get two $500 egift cards, one for each line, withing 30-60 days via email. I never received the egift cards. I called Verizon in January 2023 and was told the egift cards would be sent within 7 days. After 10 days I did not receive the egift cards and called again.  I was told again the egift cards would be sent within 7 days. And again, after another 10 days I did not receive anything.

I called a third time in February 2023 and after being told twice that I would definitely receive the egift cards, I was told that I was ineligible for the promotion because it was not active when I ported over.  This is patently untrue.  The promotion was active and being heavily advertised at the time I ported over.  The promotion is what enticed me to switch from my then carrier.

I, too, would like to speak with someone about the status of the egift cards promised to me in exchange for bringing my own devices to Verizon during its promotion period.

1. Visit vzw.com/digitalrebatecenter and enter the Promo Code VZ22BYOD500 and purchase date. 

2. Enter the appropriate information. 

3. Submit the offer redemption within 30 days of activation. 

Verizon eGift card processed within 8 weeks of submission.
