Can a US Cellular Device be activated on the Verizon network?

Title says it all. My buddy got a LG G6 from US Cellular, but he doesn't really like their service. Can he use the phone on the Verizon network with full functionality? Apparently all the signal bands are there.

I can't find the site but you can look up the IMEI number of VZW's website or just call them.
