Customer Service is a Joke

We sent in 2 phones in December that were on AT&T. Somehow they managed to lose one, which was impossible because they were in the same box. Now they won't give me credit for it, so I'm having to pay the installment plan on a phone. All Emma can say is we received one phone. This company has become a joke, they used to be awesome at customer service. Anybody got any advice?

No, I have had nothing but issues with their customer service too. It's been a horrible experience to the point where I am really considering switching after 10+ years.
