We just switched network carriers (AT&T to Verizon Wireless). We did the Bring Your Own Device option using the Moto G 5G. We installed the new Verizon SIM card and ported over our all phone number. Everything appeared to be fine, but once we were off of WiFi our mobile apps stopped working. Phone calls are able to be received and sent. Text messages are able to be received and sent. However, when we click on an app, it just gets stuck loading. We've checked permissions to make sure the apps have privileges to data. We've tried to restart. We uninstalled the SD memory card. We have cleared cache on the apps. There are no phone system updates or app updates available. Everything works perfectly fine on WiFi. Please help!
