I bought the Kyocera it's junk
I would love to get the BV 9800
But you all lock out certain companies because you can't make enough money on the phone.
Been a 10-year customer and I'm about ready to leave I'm sick of it.
Pretty to sacrifice service for customer service customer care

That has nothing to do with customer service. That's the manufacturer not supporting radio frequencies used by Verizon.
