I just recently switched from ATT to Verizon using BYOD. I was curious to see if I could upgrade to a new phone but all it gives me the option to pay full retail price. No monthly plan option at all. I was wondering if it's cos I'm new and have to wait a while or?

Did you claim the BYOD reward? Because they will charge that back. And yes, you have to wait.
