I have recently tried to use my tablet after it say for about a year. I never used it cause I couldn't get to activate. But it was on my bill and service still. I recently went to look for the ESN or IMEI but it says it's unknown. How do I fix that

Hmm, this is interesting! I am sorry your ESN/IMEI isn't coming up as a known device. If I may ask where are you seeing this error message? Are you looking to activate on another account?
