My Ellipsis 7 Tablet is not charging. It discharged to 0% while I was out of town; when I returned, it would not recharge. When plugged in, the battery charging symbol flashes, but it doesn't charge, even if left overnight. When unplugged, it flashes 0% when the on button is pushed. Is there anything to be done without returning to the store?
Gardengnome9, we want you to be able to enjoy using your tablet. For the device’s power not work is no fun. Let’s take a look to see what’s going on and how we can help. Are you using the charger that came with the device? Also just a quick heads up, the device may take up to two hours to restart if battery has been deeply discharged (i.e. device shows no reaction when plugging in the charger.) How long has this been happening?
