When I turn my jetpack on and wait for it to load, when it finally does my screen is saying no service available. Why is it saying that and how do I fix it?

Let's see if we can get that going for you again. How long has it been like that? Do you have any other wireless services with us, and if so do they show service? Which model do you have?
