Gizmo logged out and can't login

I originally created my gizmo hub account by logging in with Google that was under my Yahoo account. I have since created a Gmail account and tied it to my original Google account. Now when I try to log in on the gizmo hub it uses my Gmail name instead of my original yahoo name, even though the account is the same, and it won't let me login. I've tried creating a new account with the new Gmail address that is on my old Google account but it says my number is already used for another account. Password recovery through the app just tells me that my Yahoo email, that was the original login name, is tied to a Google account and to use that to login. Is there a way around this? I just keep going in circles and still can't login.

Thank you so mcuh for reaching out. So, we have a fix for this, but it's going to take some time to get it done. Would you please do the following.

 

Please email gizmo.feedback@verizonwireless.com with the following details.

  1. First & Last Name: (First and Last Name that was used to create the original GizmoHub account)
  2. Email:  (The Email address they no longer have access to in GizmoHub)
  3. Phone Number: (Phone Number Registered)
  4. Gizmo Phone #: 

Once the email is sent someone from the Gizmo Developer Team will reach out to you to further assist in deleting the account. Keep in mind the only way to reset the password is by email. If the user tries to create an account using the phone number again, it gets flagged as it’s already verified and secured.
